How we use cookies
Strictly necessary
Required for security, authentication, CSRF protection, and load balancing. The CRM and signup flows cannot function without these.
Functional
Remember choices such as theme preference and sidebar state. The native RouteBud app may store draft visit notes locally on the device; a logged-in mobile browser can do the same as a fallback when opening a single route on the web.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics on the marketing site to understand page performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the product.
Examples
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in to the CRM after login
- CSRF token — helps prevent cross-site request forgery on state-changing actions
- Preference storage — optional UI settings in your browser
Third parties
Some pages load assets from CDNs (for example, fonts or icons). Payment checkout may set cookies when you complete billing through our payment processor. Those providers handle data under their own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or core product features from working.
