This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of RouteBud services operated by RouteBud Inc.. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Permitted use
Use RouteBud for lawful business purposes related to field sales, route execution, customer relationship management, and team coordination within your organization.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe or scan systems without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other customers’ workspaces
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Collect or process personal data you are not authorized to hold
- Use the Services to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law
- Resell or sublicense the Services without written agreement
- Circumvent tenant isolation, billing limits, or security controls
Customer responsibilities
Organization administrators must assign appropriate roles, remove access for departed employees promptly, and ensure reps follow your company policies when capturing photos, GPS check-ins, or customer notes.
Content standards
Customer Data must not include illegal content or material that infringes intellectual property. You are responsible for obtaining consent where required for photos, location data, or communications logged in the system.
Monitoring and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, and suspend or terminate accounts that pose security, legal, or operational risk. We are not obligated to monitor all Customer Data but may do so to protect the platform.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@routebud.com with relevant details (organization, user email, timestamps, and description).
Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
