Why we built this

We kept seeing the same morning. Someone exports the accounts, pastes the addresses into a maps app, and finds out at the end of the day which stops actually happened.

Built for distribution and field sales

Reps were carrying the territory in a spreadsheet and a maps app. Managers heard about a missed account when the customer called. We put the account list, the route, and the check-in in one workspace.

You import locations from a CSV, order the stops, and assign a rep. Notify Rep puts that route on their phone. They tap check-in. Inside 500 meters it confirms from GPS. They can add a photo and an outcome. Route Live refreshes about every 60 seconds.

  • One workspace per organization. Your locations, routes, and users stay separate from every other customer.
  • Managers on the web, reps on the phone. Planning and Route Live stay on the web. Check-ins and photos happen in the RouteBud app for iOS and Android.
  • Simple pricing. A platform fee plus a price per active rep. The core features are included.

What we focus on

Tools for a team that sells on the road. Tuesday should not need a six-month implementation.

Route execution

Stops in order, a tap out to navigation, and the photo stored on that location.

Tenant workspaces

Each customer gets their own users, their own accounts, and their own billing.

Trust & clarity

The policies are written down. Data is isolated per company. An admin can see who has access.
